We do not believe in a one shoe fits all sizes approach, which is why we are able to facilitate several methodologies of purchase. The Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company believe in clarity of communication. Please see below some representative examples of payment options available. Please note, figures detailed are representative examples based on a purchase of £6,500.00 including VAT as total purchase value with a deposit paid prior to installation and are listed to provide a standardised depiction of payment options. The example below is illustrative. Our staff will provide payment options and a list for your proposed purchase.

Self Funded

This method of payment does not involve setting up a finance policy. A deposit is paid by you to the Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company (please be aware deposit values vary depending on purchase) on the date of order with the outstanding balance due as a singular payment to the Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company 7 days prior to the installation.

Interest Free Credit *

12 & 24 Months Interest Free Finance/ Credit (IFC)* - This method of payment does involve setting up a finance policy. A deposit is paid by you to the Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company at the time of ordering (deposit values vary depending on purchase) with the outstanding balance due by 12 or 24 equal monthly repayments. Payments will commence approx. 28 days after installation.

Interest Bearing Credit *

36, 48, 60, 96 & 120 Months Interest Bearing Finance/ Credit (IBC)* - - This method of payment does involve setting up a finance policy. A deposit is paid by you to the Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company at the time of ordering. The outstanding balance is due via either 36, 48, 60, 96 or 120 equal monthly repayments. The outstanding balance representative APR 8.9%, interest is calculated daily and added monthly at 0.713%

Buy Now Pay Later 12 Months Finance/ Credit*

Buy Now Pay Later Finance (BNPL)* - A deposit is paid by you to the Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company at the time of ordering. The outstanding balance is due within 9 months (begins at completion of installation) – providing balance is settled before completion of 9 month period (deferred period), payments can be settled as one single payment or multiple payments at your preference with only a £29 exit fee incurred. If the balance is settled before completion of the deferred period then no interest will be incurred. If the balance is not settled in full within the deferred period then interest will have accrued from the start of the contract on any sums outstanding at the end of the deferred period and will continue to be charged once you start your monthly repayments.   We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint with 3 working days and we hope to provide a final response with 4 weeks. We will write to you again within 4 weeks if we are unable to provide a final response within that time period. In any event we will respond to your complaint in full within 8 weeks.
