I didn’t know where to start and after some research I was still unsure who and what brand I could trust.I visited the Hot Tub and Swim Spa company and I was very confident that Tracey and the team would be able to deliver. We went with the Wellis plug and play 6 seater Atlantis and the team did a great job. Lee did a full detailed hand over once it was filled and ready to go which didn’t take long at all. The Tub itself is great as I suffer with lower bad back and when I focus the jets onto a number of seats it really does help to relax the muscles. So glad I didn’t just buy offline or go anywhere else as they will go out of their way to support. Another very Happy Customer.

When we visited the showroom, all we knew was that we wanted a hot tub! We had no idea where to start or what to look for. Thankfully with expert guidance from Tracey, we made the correct choice and took delivery of the perfect tub for us. She kept us up to date with regards to the expected delivery date and ensured a smooth process throughout. All our questions were answered with confidence and nothing was too much trouble for her.

My Experience was Brilliant I needed a hot tub for my disabled wife so it need to be specific dimensions and I know nothing about hot tubs after sitting down with Gil from the sales team she helped with the choosing of a soft tub.

From start to finish the experience was all we could want. The team we had constructing and installing the swim spa were second to none. They worked solidly for a week and in extreme heat. The commissioning was prompt and really clear. We look forward to using it in a couple of days.
